This Privacy Policy explains how Dikeo Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company that operates Mental Command ("Mental Command," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, take the Growth Plan assessment, or buy our ebooks (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

• •Contact details — your name and email address when you check out, and your email address when you save your Growth Plan.
• •Messages — anything you include when you email us or use our contact form.

Information collected when you buy:

• •Payment information is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe shares limited details with us, such as your name, email, the amount paid, the card brand and last four digits, and the payment status.
• •Order details — the ebooks purchased, the price, the date, and when download links were issued.

Growth Plan answers:

• •Your assessment answers are stored in your own browser (local storage) so we can recommend ebooks on the results page. They are not sent to our servers.

Device and usage information:

• •Our hosting and security providers automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• •process your payment and deliver your ebooks, including sending download links by email;
• •recommend ebooks based on your Growth Plan answers;
• •respond to your questions and provide customer support;
• •send order-related messages and, where permitted, occasional emails about our products and content (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• •keep the Services secure and prevent fraud; and
• •comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and improve the Services.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Services, and only as needed for them to do so:

• •Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention;
• •Cloudflare — checkout processing, secure file storage, and ebook delivery;
• •Framer — website hosting;
• •Google — storing Growth Plan email sign-ups and sending us notifications; and
• •email delivery providers — sending order and download emails.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or with your consent.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your Growth Plan answers and to make checkout work. Stripe may set cookies on the checkout page to prevent fraud. Our hosting providers may use essential cookies or similar technologies to operate and secure the website. You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so may reset your Growth Plan.

Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.

5. Email Communications

If you give us your email address, we may send you emails about your Growth Plan, your orders, and our products. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to opt out. Even if you unsubscribe, we will still send messages related to your purchases.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Order and payment records are generally kept for up to seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Download links expire 7 days after purchase.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, a payment processor certified to PCI DSS Level 1, and time-limited, signed download links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live — including Texas and other U.S. states with privacy laws, and the European Economic Area and United Kingdom — you may have the right to:

• •access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
• •correct inaccurate information;
• •delete your personal information;
• •opt out of marketing emails, and of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and
• •withdraw consent where we rely on it, or object to or restrict certain processing (EEA/UK).

To make a request, email legal@mentalcommand.com. We may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We will respond within 45 days (or sooner where the law requires). If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general or your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to websites or services we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their practices.
