Overview

The Mental Command website, the Growth Plan assessment, and the digital products sold on it (together, the "Services") are operated by Dikeo Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Mental Command," "we," "us," or "our"). Mental Command is a brand of Dikeo Group LLC.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services, including any ebook or bundle you purchase. By using the Services or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from us. By using the Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Digital Products and License

Our products are digital ebooks and ebook bundles delivered electronically (typically as PDF files). No physical item is shipped.

When your payment is complete, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased ebook for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• •copy, share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the ebook or any part of it;
• •upload it to file-sharing sites, shared drives, or public forums;
• •remove copyright or ownership notices; or
• •use the content to create competing products or to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

All content remains the property of Mental Command or its licensors. We may end your license if you breach these Terms.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are displayed at checkout before you pay. Bundle discounts apply only as shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. By placing an order, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if we suspect fraud or if a product was listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount.

4. Delivery and Access

After a successful payment, your download link(s) appear on the order confirmation screen and are sent to the email address you provide. For security, download links expire 7 days after purchase, so please save your files to your device.

If a link expires or you have trouble downloading, email us at legal@mentalcommand.com with the email address used for your order and we will send new links.

5. Refunds

Because ebooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will make it right if:

• •a file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened — we will send a working copy, and if we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, we will refund your purchase;
• •you were charged more than once for the same order; or
• •a charge was made without your authorization.

Please send refund requests to legal@mentalcommand.com within 14 days of purchase and include the email address used for the order. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve the issue quickly. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Growth Plan Assessment

The Growth Plan assessment asks a few questions and recommends ebooks based on your answers. The assessment and its recommendations are for general informational purposes only. They are not a psychological evaluation, diagnosis, or professional assessment of any kind.

7. Educational Content Only

Our ebooks and website content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or relationship advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always consult an appropriate professional about your specific situation.

Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. If you are in crisis or think you may be in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• •break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
• •submit false or misleading information, or impersonate anyone;
• •upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
• •scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Services, or collect other people's personal information; or
• •harass, abuse, or harm others.

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content — including text, ebooks, graphics, logos, and the Mental Command name — are owned by Mental Command or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license described in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

10. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Services, including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (checkout processing and file delivery), Framer (website hosting), and Google (email sign-up records). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we link to or do not control.

11. Email Communications

When you give us your email address — for example, to save your Growth Plan or complete a purchase — we will send you messages about your plan and orders. We may also send occasional emails about Mental Command products and content. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. We will still send messages related to your orders.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dikeo Group LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services or any product.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services or your purchase will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dikeo Group LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services or our products.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@mentalcommand.com and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and do not affect orders placed before that date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
